People | Massimo Bottura




One of the few things that still make us proud to be italian is food. One of the best chef in the whole world comes from Modena, his name is Massimo Bottura, his restaurant is called Osteria La Francescana and the infamous food-critic Stefano Bonilli (former Il Gambero Rosso Editor-in-Chief) went there to interview him.
