ELECTricDOOR MAGaziNe
It's been ages since the last time we've read such an interesting magazine like Electric Door. Check their site and download the pdf of the magazine. In there you'll find articles about Stüssy Tribe (with a damn good interview with James Lebon), Supreme, Idiom and much more. Very well done!
Thanks to Adam at The Wire for the info. Grazie Mille.

::: SLamJam SIte IS BRANd NeW :::
What would be the streetwear scene in Italy without Slam Jam? Maybe it wouldn't exist. Names such as Head Porter, Medicom, UnderCover, Neighborhood, Unrivaled, Resonate, Visvim would sound unfamiliar, strange, distant. Since its inception, many years ago, Slam Jam had a double role: commercial and, as to speak, educational. Commercial as a distributor of the above brands, but not only, just think about Carhartt, Stüssy, Freshjive and in general all those brands related to the active sports world.
Educational because it had the ability and obstinacy to "teach" an audience, as the italian one, used to other. To educate meant, above all, to support and to give life to seminal cultural events, from Glen E. Friedman exhibition in October '98, to last year Beautiful Losers at the Triennale in Milan, running through instore exhibitions such as The Changes and Kostas Seremetis in Milan, Futura and Delta in Ferrara, Boogie in Verona. Today Slam Jam is all of this and so many other thins. It continues to have drift in the real world, with the 3 Slam Jam stores in Ferrara, Milan and Verona, and it carries on in having a life in the virtual world, with a brand new website that showcases a series of contents that it didn't have before. Now you can find a Featuring section where friends and people that gravitate towards Slam Jam are being photographed, a Music section with a selection of the best record covers ever, a Fashion section with the latest releases that you can find on their new online store - and to end with a Culture section that offers the ongoing initiatives and everything that's interesting in the street art world, from unmissable exhibition to coming soon books. A website to explore highways and byways, and if you didn't do it already, to add to your Bookmarks.

With one big shout They all cry out
A dangerous criminal gang is riding the net. They act in the dark, exploring the most sinister places, in search for the bloody heart of talent and creativity. Their favourite victims are banality, conformism, lack of humor and good will at any cost. Killing Bambi is a good metaphor for their mission. They are unarmed, actually, but they can still hurt.
So be careful...

Mike Perry has just launched his book all about his graphics and illustrations called "Hand Job". We like his artworks and we think that the title of the book is so damn funny. Isn't it?
